
Chad Richardson is a native of Jackson County, Georgia and currently resides in Carnesville, Georgia. He is the owner of Richardson Homes (formally All in One Construction & Maintenance) and has been in the business since 2002.
He started as a handyman and soon worked his way into doing punch out work in The Reserve on Lake Keowee SC a multi-million dollar neighborhood. He later became a Superintendent for a large company out of Georgia where he was awarded Superintendent of the year in 2014. Then, In 2018 he advanced to VP of Operations with another home building company in the metro Atlanta area.
With years of experience in the field, Chad is focusing on his business and clients to build dream homes together.

As Vice President of Richardson Homes, Caitlyn Hartt is the heart of the company’s day-to-day operations and customer relationships. Behind the scenes, she keeps everything running smoothly by managing communications, coordinating details, and serving as a trusted point of contact for homeowners throughout the building process. Known for her friendly personality, responsiveness, and ability to juggle countless responsibilities, Caitlyn is often the first person customers connect with and the one ensuring their questions are answered and needs are met. Her dedication, organization, and genuine care for every client help create a positive and stress-free experience, making her an invaluable part of the Richardson Homes team.

Bo is the Superintendent at Richardson Homes and plays a key role in bringing our customers’ dream homes to life. From the initial construction stages to the final details, he works closely with our crews and trade partners to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure every home meets our high standards of quality. Known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Bo takes pride in treating every home as if it were his own. His commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction helps make the building experience enjoyable and rewarding for the families we serve.
