My family and I recently purchased a new construction from Richardson Homes. We came in at framing time and watch the progress every single week. We can not brag enough about not only his work but his employees and their kindness was absolutely amazing & the best. They make sure that your house is perfect & top notch from top to bottom. I would love to say how fabulous our experience with Richardson Homes was. We finished our basement to be an apartment for my mother-in-law. We finished about 1600 sq. feet and it is a home in itself. It was a two bedroom, two bath space. Chad and his crew all worked in a timely fashion and answered the millions of questions that I had. I would highly recommend using Chad and his team at Richardson Homes.
