Marrying a true perfectionist, we have called Chad to use this warranty to adjust minor details for better usage. This one professional promise helped us enjoy our transition to the our new adventure in Georgia.

From the very first tour of our Richardson home, we were impressed with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. Many things that we had put into our custom home in Tennessee were already included in our new Richardson home. Another plus for us was that our new home was already completed and ready for our move-in. Special touches like the stained tongue and grooved ceilings in all three of our porches are just one example of things we appreciate. The grilling porch right outside the kitchen is absolutely one of our favorite spots, where we enjoy coffee every morning.
Chad personally accompanied us and our realty team to do the punch out before closing, and despite the fact that there really were not that many items that needed attention, he came with his blue tape, and was very thorough and responsive in correcting all the punch items to our satisfaction.
Chad, Caitlyn and Bo have all been extremely professional and responsive to all our requests. We feel that we could approach them with any problem and trust them completely with handling anything. In addition, we feel that the 10-year warranty being included in the purchase speaks to the confidence that Chad and his team have in their product.
